One fateful day, after experimenting with a favourite dish of his, Ugly J stumbled upon what is now famously known as ‘The Ugly Cheese Steak’. Enthralled by this new flavour, Ugly J became enlivened with energy to spread his delicious new discovery. What better way to achieve this than to hit the road! Now, Ugly J’s has become an established Food Truck vendor, leaving smiling customers behind in his wake.

Outside of just selling food, Ugly J believes that it is his duty to give back to the community (Greater Sydney) that has given him so much. We have found that it’s possible to do this by supporting our community both economically and environmentally.
In line with this duty, using locally and responsibly sourced ingredients is a must. This helps create and retain jobs for our local families and cultures, while also reducing the environmental impact that can come with high levels of transportation.
One of the things that we can proudly state is that we exclusively use fresh, award winning Jacks Creek black angus beef.
Knowing the people behind the product also gives us confidence that we’re selling the highest quality food that we possibly can!
